🔁 Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and the invoice must be included with the return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, skincare)
- Sale or clearance items
- Customised or personalised products
💸 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If you paid via card or wallet, the refund will be credited to the same account.
🔄 Exchange Option
If you’d like to exchange your product (for size, colour, etc.), we’re happy to help —
as long as the item meets the return conditions above.
📦 Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
- If the item delivered was wrong or damaged, we will cover the return shipping charges.
